The Dunfermline Sound Talking Newspaper brings any visually impaired person in the Borough a weekly digest of local news and information on an MP3 CD. The newspaper is totally free to recipients as it is produced by volunteers, listeners simply reverse the address label and post it back free of charge for the next edition.
